People are at the heart of everything we do. We embrace the fact that the best thing for every individual is to be at home, not in a home. At The Rowans we offer a choice for those people whose home support no longer works for them as an individual.
Each of our care homes within Bracebridge Care Group acts as a hub, where people in the local community can come for signposting and advice and where we support our belief in ‘home first’. Of course, we’ll be there for those people who do need a specialist plan of care and support, built and created with them and for them. That way, we can deliver exceptional care experiences for every person who chooses to live with us – whether long term or for respite care.
We’re registered with the CQC to provide the Regulated Activity of ‘Personal Care with Nursing’’. This is defined as: the provision of personal care for people who are unable to provide it for themselves, because of old age, illness or disability, and which is provided to them in the place where those people are living at the time when the care is provided.
